How can I subscribe?

After your first purchase, our team will reach out to you to introduce you to our Monthly/Annual Subscriptions. Our subscriber community has members who are UPSC aspirants, IIM professors, amongst other busy professionals. Subscription will get your uninterrupted dose of Happy Ratio at a discounted price. 

What is the minimum subscription duration?

You can subscribe for a minimum of 3 months. 

What are the available plans to choose from?

The subscription plan is divided into three types - 16 boxes, 32 boxes and 48 boxes. Our subscribers enjoy upto 50% off on monthly orders. 

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? What if I have paid for annual subscription? 

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime after the first two months. Your money will be refunded after accounting for the delivered boxes. 

How will I get regular monthly delivery?

Once subscribed, let us know of a delivery date and our team will ensure that you get delivery on the same date of every month.

What if I am not available/travelling to other city/country?

20% of our customers are mostly traveling because of their work, so we have curated extremely flexible subscription plans. We understand you don't want to miss on your dose of Happy Ratio. Just let us know two days in advance if you're traveling to any other city and we will arrange the delivery to your temporary address. In case you're going out of country, there's an option to pause your subscription. 

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription anytime. 

Can I change the variant/flavour during my subscription?

We understand you're afraid of the commitment and might get bored of the same flavors. As we've mentioned earlier, our plans are very flexible and you can switch to any flavours or variant anytime. If there's an adjustment to the amount, we will inform you and it will be charged in the next billing cycle.
