What are the health benefits?

Vitamin B2 is efficacious in the treatment of migraine. Adequate Vitamin B2 subsequently increases glutathione, which is an important antioxidant in the eye. This has an overall positive effect on eye health by lowering the risk of age-related cataracts. All B vitamins including Vitamin B2 help your body build red blood cells and support other cellular functions that give you energy. It further helps the body break down carbohydrates, proteins and fats to produce energy.
